1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MythRelay, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

MythRelay is a vote notification service for Hytale servers. It receives webhooks from server listing sites, sends Discord notifications, and optionally forwards vote data to game servers for in-game rewards.

3. User Accounts & Registration

Minimum Age: 13 years old

You must be at least 13 years old to use MythRelay. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Authentication is handled via Discord OAuth.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to violate any laws, spam, abuse, or harm others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms. See our Terms of Sale for detailed billing information.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided after the 14-day trial period. See Terms of Sale for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MythRelay are owned by Mythlane and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. User Content & Data

You retain ownership of your data. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide the service.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not reverse engineer, hack, or attempt to compromise the security or functionality of MythRelay.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mythlane from any claims arising from your use of the service.
