General Conditions of Sale

1. Scope & Applicability

These General Conditions of Sale apply to all subscriptions to MythRelay services provided by Mythlane (SASU).

2. Products & Services

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Starter: Free tier with basic features
• Growth: $9.99/month - For growing servers
• Pro: $24.99/month - For popular servers
• Business: $69.99/month - For server networks

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices are displayed in USD or EUR. Monthly and yearly billing options are available. Yearly subscriptions receive a 20% discount. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through Stripe Checkout. Upon completion, you will receive confirmation and immediate access to the service.

5. Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial for Pro plans. A credit card is required. If not canceled before trial end, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Failed payments will be retried, and you will be notified. Accounts may be suspended after payment failure.

7. Subscription Modifications

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal.

8. Withdrawal Right (EU)

EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by subscribing, you explicitly consent that the service will begin immediately, and you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content accessed immediately.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds are provided after the trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access continues until the end of your paid period.

10. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for force majeure events.

11. Usage Limits & Overages

Each plan has specific usage limits (votes, providers, callbacks, etc.). At 100% usage, you have a 3-day grace period to upgrade (up to 150% hard limit). After the grace period, new votes are silently ignored until the next billing cycle.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in MythRelay remain with Mythlane. Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service.

13. Warranty & Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

14. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governing Law: French law
Jurisdiction: Courts of Bordeaux, France

16. Dispute Resolution

For disputes, please contact us first. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in accordance with French law.

17. Changes to Terms of Sale

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to users at least 30 days in advance.
